Samsung Galaxy F22 is official in Bangladesh. The device is priced at ৳19,499 for the 6/128 GB model. It is the first Galaxy F series smartphone in the country. Samsung’s A and M series is popular in the lower-budget segment. Now we have a new player. So, what’s new?
First noticeable thing is that it has a distinguished design. It looks precise, minimal and elegant in the first look. The display is just an HD+ one and you could complain about it given the cost. One can expect a Full HD+ display. However, we have a super AMOLED screen technology that will provide a much more pleasant viewing experience than an IPS LCD screen. On top of that, we have a 90Hz refresh rate. But another drawback is that there is no display protection. On the back, there is a quad-camera setup with a 48 MP main lens and on the front, you will get a 13 MP camera.
The 6000 mAh huge battery has 15W Fast Charging. Now since we have an HD+ display instead of Full HD+, you will get an even longer battery backup. If the battery is one of your main priorities, Galaxy F22 is an excellent lower-mid range choice right now. There is a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. We were expecting at least an Helio G85 chipset at this price point so it’s surely a disadvantage. But on the bright side, there is 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, Android 11 and Samsung’s well-optimized One UI Core 3.1 user interface.
Among other features, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a dedicated MicroSD slow along with dual SIM option, USB Type-C, FM radio with recording and so on.
