It’s been a while since we have seen a 4G smartphone under ৳5000. Now itel Bangladesh brings itel A23 Pro in the market priced at ৳4,990. It is one of the very few Android 10 4G phones with such low cost in the current Bangladeshi market. So, let us see some of its other specifications.
The design is old-fashioned. We have thick bezels on the top and bottom. The screen is also just 5 inches which makes it belong to the smaller display size. There is no HD+ display also. We have FWVGA quality which means we can see videos etc. in max 480p resolution. It is still decent.
We have a 2 MP camera on the back and a VGA camera on the front. You could expect a 5 MP camera on the back and a 2 MP camera on the front. A phone like Walton Primo E12 is coming with this facility with similar pricing. There is a decent 2400 mAh battery in itel A23 Pro. 1 GB RAM and 8 GB RAM are also a fair deal. There is a slow Unisoc SC9832e (28 nm) chipset and a quad-core CPU which is not too good in terms of gaming, multitasking long-term performance, but you could hardly expect any better for the price. Overall, it’s a decent choice for net browsing, messaging, calling, etc. at this price point.
