Vivo V23 5G is Vivo’s first high-mid range 5G smartphone in Bangladesh. It is the lowest priced 5G smartphone from Vivo available in Bangladesh right now. The cost of this device is ৳39,990 and a single 8/128 GB version is available.
The phone looks stunning at first glance. The design stands out in the crowd with curved edges, a centered double punch-hole front camera design, and a stylish back camera setup as well. There is no fingerprint sensor at the back, rather it’s an in-display one, so the design looks more minimal as well. We also have a Schott Xensation Up Glass display protection, a glass back with changes colors under sunlight. This gives the gadget a truly unique feel. There is no water resistance which is maybe a bit too much to ask for at this price point. We have a fine 6.44 inches Full HD+ 90Hz HDR10+ AMOLED display. You couldn’t ask for more in terms of design and display.
The triple back camera has a 64MP main snapper and the front camera has a 50MP main lens and an additional 8MP ultrawide lens. Both cameras can record 4K videos. These are some fine quality cameras and Vivo has a reputation for good cameras.
The 4200 mAh battery comes with a 44W charging facility which can charge from 0-68% in just about half an hour. There is a fast MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G (6 nm) chipset with 8 GB RAM, Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, and Android 12. Android 13 update is very much expected when it’s available and probably even up to Android 14. There is 128 GB of internal storage but there is no MicroSD slot which is one of its major drawbacks. We also don’t have a 3.5mm Jack and FM Radio. Some other available features are dual Nano-SIM, NFC, and 24-bit/192kHz audio.
